PaymentSathi is a notification-based utility application that reads UPI payment notifications from your device and displays transaction alerts and history for user convenience.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws in India

• Certain features may require account registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

The App may request the following permissions:

• Notification Access → to read and process UPI payment notifications
• Internet Access → for app functionality and optional future features

By granting permissions:

• You authorize the App to access relevant notifications
• You understand that disabling permissions may affect functionality
• You are responsible for managing permissions via your device settings

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Payment notification data is processed locally on your device
• We do not access your bank account or UPI account

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of notifications

We are NOT responsible for:

• Missed, delayed, or incorrect payment notifications
• Financial losses or damages
• Any reliance placed on app-generated information

Users must verify transactions directly through their bank or official UPI applications.

• The App interacts with notifications from third-party apps (e.g., UPI apps)
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank, payment provider, or government authority

Future versions of the App may include:

• Advertisements
• Subscription plans or paid features

All such features will be optional.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Interfere with app performance, security, or services

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms
• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

We will notify users of material changes through the App or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
